Du kannst ihn auch mit<strong>&nbsp;psychischer Widerstandskraft oder mentaler Belastbarkeit<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00fcbersetzen. Wir bevorzugen den Begriff&nbsp;<strong>\u201cinnere St\u00e4rke\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Warum? Weil das genau das widerspiegelt, was Resilienz ausmacht: sich&nbsp;<strong>auch in Schwierigkeiten behaupten<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>nicht den Mut verlieren<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>nach Niederlagen wieder aufstehen<\/strong>&nbsp;und auch<strong> f\u00fcr kommende Krisen gewappnet<\/strong>&nbsp;zu sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Sch\u00f6ne: Wir alle sind zwar gepr\u00e4gt durch unsere Gene, unsere Umwelt und unsere Erfahrungen \u2013 doch unsere innere Widerstandsf\u00e4higkeit ist kein festes Pers\u00f6nlichkeitsmerkmal. Im Gegenteil: Die Forschung zeigt, dass<strong> innere St\u00e4rke trainierbar<\/strong> ist. Verschiedene Studien zeigen, wie stark der Fokus auf positive Lebensbereiche sich auf das Wohlbefinden auswirkt. Du schulst deine Aufmerksamkeit auf Positives und l\u00f6st so regelm\u00e4\u00dfige positive Emotionen aus.
